Hi, I'm Ashana — a qualified personal trainer based in Widnes. I work mostly with women who want to build real strength without feeling rushed, judged, or out of place.
After over 2 years of coaching and working with more than 50 clients, I've learned that the best progress comes from consistency, not intensity. My sessions are calm, focused, and built around what you actually want — whether that's your first proper squat, your first 5k, or just walking into the gym without that knot in your stomach.
No crash plans. No six-week transformations. Just thoughtful training, at your pace, for the long run.

I started this run club because of my own journey with running. When I first began, I couldn't run at all — I found it genuinely hard. Over time, it became something I looked forward to. It didn't just change my fitness; it cleared my head, built my confidence, and gave me something I actually enjoyed.
As a young woman, I know running alone can feel intimidating — especially in the evenings. I wanted to create a safe, friendly space where women and girls can come together, move, and enjoy it without fear or judgement.
Every session mixes walking and running, so it's genuinely open to all abilities — no matter where you're starting from. This isn't just about running. It's about building confidence, making connections, and feeling strong together.
